海外からのご注文について

当店では海外への直接発送は行っておりません。
However, we only ship within Japan.

海外からご注文される場合は、日本の転送サービス（例： Tenso）をご利用ください。

転送サービスにご登録いただくと、日本国内の住所が発行されます。
その住所を配送先として入力し、当店のWEBサイトより通常通りご注文ください。

商品は一度日本国内の転送サービス倉庫へ配送され、その後、転送サービス会社より海外へ発送されます。

※転送サービス利用時の海外配送・関税・配送トラブル等について当店では責任を負いかねます。
また、返品・交換はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。

For International Customers

We do not offer direct international shipping.

Customers outside Japan can order by using a package forwarding service such as Tenso.

After registering with a forwarding service, you will receive a Japanese domestic address. Please enter this address as your shipping address when placing an order on our website.

Once the item arrives at the forwarding service’s warehouse in Japan, it will be shipped to your country by the forwarding company.

Please note that we are not responsible for international shipping, customs duties, or any issues after delivery in Japan. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders using forwarding services.
